Former Green-Rainbow Party candidate for Governor, Grace Ross, asked me about helping her produce a TV and web spot that had a holiday theme relating to climate change. We gathered up some people and put this together in about a 48-hour timeframe. The spot is for the MassBluePrint web site.

Island Hopping (2007) (Work in progress)
Co-director, Editor, Motion Graphics
Island Hopping is a short show promo satire based on the following situation: What if WWII was fought by soldiers recruited by a bogus reality show called "Island Hopping"? This was originally to be part of bigger orphaned project, but now stands alone as a short. Source material comes from old public domain anti-Japanese propaganda and classroom hygiene films. Animation and graphic design is currently being produced for the last segment surrounding the TV network, "Big Prick."

Battle for Tomorrow (2003)
Director, Camera, Editor, Visual Effects Supervisor
Battle for Tomorrow is a music video created for 2east (the band that preceeded 2eastmusic.com). The song itself describes the sort of battles and adventures characters from a computer role-playing game. Hence, the video is an homage to the Final Fantasy battle format. Characters were shot in front of a greenscreen and later "dropped" into the virtual setting that I created- emulating the same process 3D characters are dropped into videogame settings. The video is 4 minutes long- you can view the whole thing or watch a 30 second excerpt.

Project: Anime Songwriting Workshop Web Site
Matt Myers is a music composer who works primarily in the interactive entertainment (video gaming) industy, but also hosts and facilitates a workshop at anime / gaming conventions called the Anime Songwriting Workshop. The aim of the workshop is to create a musically creative environment for anime fans and convention-goers. Each workshop session results in a studio-ready written song. Matt wanted a place online for the workshop goers to gather that would serve as a memento and media archive for fans and shop-goers across the country. I was hired by Matt to design and develop the site that he needed. You can check it out using the link below.
